"Where Do We Start? And How Do We Finish?"
by Arthur and Dr. Kim Nowlin, Directors of Family Life
Mission Statement: To incorporate the teachings of the Lord in our lives as individuals, couples and families. By sharing our experiences, we will encourage others to keep the Lord at the head so we may follow.
Through all the many challenges our families are facing today, the Lake Region Conference Family Life Department offers personal experiences into healing, restoration and new beginnings. We recognize the many complex situations that our families face, and we understand that there is no set formula for finding solutions. It is our intention to introduce healing techniques based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Such methods require each one of us to have faith in God to enhance our communication through prayer.
Let us collaborate with you to address the complicated issues facing today's families. The Family Life Department is establishing avenues to act as a conduit towards ultimately "Building Bridges and Breaking Barriers".
We encourage you as our family of the Lake Region Conference to connect with us so that together we can become fortified in our spiritual relationship with the Lord, and become strengthened in our ability to withstand satan's attack on the family. On behalf of the Family Life Department of the Lake Region Conference, we encourage you to have faith, understand and believe that:
